Capturx Markup for PDF helps distributed and mobile teams accelerate collaboration:

PDFs can be printed on plain paper using many common printers, from letter-size to large format plots for easy note taking, signature capture, redlining, and markups. Capturx for PDF software works with standard PDF files generated from a range of CAD, Adobe®, and other software applications.
For users of TerraGo Technologies®, Capturx for PDF supports GeoPDF files. Digital markups are automatically geo-registered, viewable using TerraGo’s free toolbar. Users can export these annotations into a KML file which can then be viewed with Google Earth®, Google Maps®, and ESRI® ArcGIS Explorer.
Data Collection
Capturx for PDF automates paperwork for project management in many industries. Teams print existing PDF files from CAD plans, maps, or forms and then mark them up with a digital pen. Once the pen is docked or the data sent through Bluetooth and cell phones, all handwritten markups are integrated into the files.
